SCALT-800
(Antiscalent for sugar mill evaporator): - SCALT-800 is a effective polymeric
liquid product used to inhibit formation of corrosion & scale in evaporators,
vacuum pans and juice heating equipments. It is very effective for inhibiting
calcium carbonates, phosphates, silicates, oxalates and other scale-forming element
in sugar juice.
VISROL
(Oil Base Pan Aid) :- VISROL is a liquid pan boiling Aid to improve the pan
circulation and improve sugar recovery by increasing purity drop from masscults
to molasses. VISROL is an effectively control organic deposit like polysaccharides
hydrolysis product and caramalisation product of sucrose in vacuum pans. SCALSOFT-SS
(Scale Softener Powder Form ) :- SCALSOFT-SS is a surface active preparation specifically
formulated for use in the sugar industry to increase learning power of the caustic
solution used in evaporator clean-up.
SCALSOFT-S10
(Liquid scale Softener for sugar mills):- SCALSOFT-S10 is a combination
of softening agent and penetrations that permit deeper and faster penetration
of the alkali into the scale deposit. SCALSOFT-S10 is completely miscible and
compatible with the alkali solutions used for evaporators' boil outs.
STRETO-2114
(pH booster for spray pond water) :- STRETO 2114 is the most ideal alternative
to conventional times which leads to no corrosion & no chocking of pipes in
the long run. It is effective to bacterial fouling, foaming and bad odour particularly
in sugar industry. STRETO-2114 is cost effective because it minimizes frequent
maintenance shutdowns and maintenance cost. EVACLEAN-332
( De-scaling Agent for Evaporator Liquid Form ) :- EVACLEAN-332 removes scales formed due to calcium &
magnesium ions. It greatly reduces the cost of chemicals in cleaning and time
taken in cleaning. EVACLEAN-332 is an excellent dispersing agent incorporated
in the product and keeps the loose scale in fully dispersed state. EVACLEAN-334
(De-scaling Agent in Powder Form) :- EVACLEAN-334 removes all traces of scales having
a complex nature due to the presence of calcium, magnesium etc.. In addition to
this, the traces of fatty acids liquids, decomposition products of cane wax present
on the surface are also dissolved completely to remove the coating. |
